The Importance of Planting Trees

We’ve been surrounded by trees for as long as we can remember, having grown up in a small town, in Prince Edward Island, Canada.

Our family home was nestled among a forest of trees and bushes; mainly spruce trees and alders but an odd sprinkle of larch, balsam fir and birch. As children, we explored our wilderness, made forts and took in all the sights and sounds, that lived around us.

It still holds true for us today, especially that we are growing a paper business with Paper Harbour Designs.

We wanted to give back to the environment so we decided that a portion of our sales would go to plant trees in Canada. We have partnered up with TreeEra and to date, have planted 175 trees through their program!

Trees not only provide us with paper; We need trees to help with climate change, offset our carbon footprint and provide us with clean air to breathe.
