Mother’s Day Gift Ideas

Sunday May 9th, 2021 is set aside to celebrate our mothers.

You may be thinking, “What could I possibly do or buy to fully thank my mother, for all that she has done for me?” We have done some research and put together some ideas that we wanted to share.

Making the top of the list, are flowers. The official Mother’s Day flower is the carnation but let’s be honest, a beautiful bouquet of any type of lovely flower will be appreciated. Call your local florist and have them delivered or deliver in person if you are able to. House plants are also a great alternative!

Then we have our local makers, with an array of beautifully handcrafted gift ideas. We love the idea of Shopping/Supporting Local. Your mothers will appreciate something beautifully made. Most makers can be found through social media accounts or can be found at local markets. If nothing else, call your mother on Mother’s Day. Tell her how much she means to you and thank her for all that she does. If she is like our mother, thank her for her constant prayers and words of encouragement.
